TMS — the Travel Management System by Jebrex
WHAT IT IS

The system a company’s travel is run in.

TMS is the Jebrex Travel Management System — a desktop application for managing employee travel from end to end: the people who travel, the documents they need, the dates that matter, and the reports that tie it together.

It is a system rather than a single screen: offline-first, ready for several users on a local network, and stable enough to be the place travel is actually run.

It is built, owned and operated by Jebrex.

WHY IT EXISTS

Travel spread across scattered records is a risk waiting to happen.

Passenger details in one place, travel documents in another, expiry dates in someone’s head, and a report reassembled by hand each time it is needed. It works until a document lapses unnoticed or the internet is down at the wrong moment.

TMS holds travel in one system so it can be run rather than reconstructed — and it keeps working when the connection does not.

HOW IT WORKS

One system, from record to report.

The day starts on a dashboard and everything the operation needs is one system away.

  1. 01

    A today-scoped dashboard

Open to the operational picture for today — departures, arrivals and transit — with search and alerts at hand.

  2. 02

    Passengers and documents

Keep passenger records and their travel documents together, so a person and their paperwork are one thing.

  3. 03

    Expiry alerts

Documents carry their dates, and the system surfaces what is expiring before it becomes a problem at a border.

  4. 04

    Reports and exports

Pull filtered reports and export them as real spreadsheet files, ready to send or archive.

  5. 05

    Roles and backup

Grant users only what they need, and take verified backups you can restore — the operation stays safe and accountable.

TMS is offline-first and LAN-ready: it runs on the company’s own machines, works without an internet connection, and can be shared by several users on a local network.

CORE CAPABILITIES

What TMS does.

  • Passenger management

One record per traveler, with the details the operation depends on.

  • Travel documents

Documents kept with the passenger they belong to, dates and all.

  • Expiry alerts

A notification path that raises documents approaching expiry before they lapse.

  • Operational dashboard

Today’s departures, arrivals and transit at a glance, with global search.

  • Reports & Excel export

Filtered reports written to real .xlsx files for sending and archiving.

  • Users, roles & permissions

An Owner plus users, each gated to the modules and actions they are granted.

  • Backup & restore

Verified backups and a real restore path, kept outside the install directory so upgrades cannot touch them.

  • Bilingual & branded reports

A full English and Spanish interface, and reports that carry the customer’s own company logo.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Built to be depended on.

A travel system is only useful if it is there when the operation needs it. TMS is built for the conditions real offices work in.

  • Offline-first: every screen works with no internet connection at all.
  • LAN-ready from day one: several users share one system over a local network.
  • Licensed and machine-bound, so a deployment is a real, owned installation.
  • Fully bilingual — English and Spanish — across every screen.
  • Reports carry the customer’s branding, not the tool’s.
WHO IT IS FOR

Companies that run employee travel.

TMS is for organizations that move people and cannot afford to lose track of a passenger, a document or a date — and that want a stable, on-premises system rather than a service that stops when the internet does.
